I recently had the shift cable on my Suzuki Grand Vitara snap, which, of course left it useless. I gave Mark's a call and immediately had it towed to their service center. They were extremely personable and completely transparent on what it would take to get it back on the road. They were expeditious with completing the repair and had me back in the driver's seat in no time. Top notch in my book!
