Just received the normal everyday expected truly exceptional service offered by Mark's Service. Called up and talked to the always pleasant Rhonda. Dropped the vehicle off and then picked up after a receiving a phone call the next day telling us it was ready. We have to drive 30 minutes each way but for the best service and nicest people it's worth it. Not to mention at a very reasonable price.

My vehicle was starting to run a little bit rough from time to time as well as the battery light would randomly come on and go off. It wasn’t consistent, and when I had a couple Local places check it out, they would always say everything is testing fine. I had a friend tell me that he recommended Marks Auto service so I made an appointment to have the engine diagnostic done. It turned out the EGR system wasn’t flowing correctly and Mark got it cleaned up and working smoothly. Mark then performed a diagnostic reference the battery light coming on and going off. Mark determined that the alternator was putting out too much voltage from time to time which could lead to bigger problems like burning up wiring. I had a new alternator installed and that took care of the issue. The car is now running very smoothly and runs just like it should after Mark‘s diagnostic and required repairs. I dropped the car off on Wednesday and got it back the next day on Thursday. Mark snd his team did a great job and I would highly recommend them for everyone automotive service needs.
